• Employers remain solely responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and managing employee risk exposure.

3. Accuracy of Information Given by Patients

The accuracy of our medical surveillance reporting, diagnostic outputs, and fitness certificates relies heavily on the honesty and completeness of the medical histories and disclosures provided by the individual employees/patients.
